Job summary

Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Truck Driver - Class C to operate bobtail trucks, transporting goods between retail stores and designated facilities. The role emphasizes safety, service, and route efficiency with Geotab-based inspections.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of bobtail driving experience, required air brakes experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred. Full-time with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years bobtail driving experience preferred; air brakes experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Must pass Big Joe Operator certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections using Geotab.
• Follow DMV and company safety regulations.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload goods per route manifest.
• Complete all required documentation and submit required photos.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver great service.
• Operate trucks and related equipment safely and responsibly.
• Maintain valid CA Class C license and acceptable driving record.
