Job summary

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Monee, IL is hiring Class C drivers (non-CDL) and laborers to move customer belongings with safety and service in mind.

Starting pay is $17-$20 per hour plus tips, with a 401k after 90 days. We offer weekly pay, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement in a growing franchise.

Must be 21+, have a valid license with a safe driving record, and be willing to pass background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and a drug screen.
• Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate moving truck, perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with customers.
• Provide positive energy and top-notch service.
• Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings.

This is hire ahead for an upcoming location in Monee. The ideal candidates will have the ability to get to both locations as we launch from both areas. Hours vary day to day but those with a Class C have priority. Ultimately, the best teams get the most work! We are a rapidly expanding location with opportunity for those willing to work!

Who We’re Looking For
