Job summary

FreshPoint Bix Produce Company, LLC in Duluth, MN is seeking a Class B delivery driver to run daily routes, load and unload products, and ensure accurate deliveries to customers. You will perform pre-trip inspections, follow DOT regulations, and maintain strong customer relations while meeting route times and safety standards.

The role requires one year of route delivery experience and a valid Class B CDL, with opportunities to grow within a large foodservice distribution network.

Qualifications

• High School or GED or equivalent.
• One-year route delivery experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B.
• English language proficiency for communication and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or using a hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures; contact management for discrepancies.
• Handle shorts and communicate errors/returns to appropriate parties.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in accordance with DOT regulations and Sysco policies.
