Optimum Staffing, Inc is seeking a CDL-B driver for a seasonal local delivery role in the Nashville, TN area. You will operate a 26′ box truck with a liftgate to unload HVAC equipment and complete DOT-compliant deliveries.

This 2-3 month assignment offers weekly pay and OT after 40 hours. The position requires a valid Class B CDL, 24 months of CDL-B driving, and a strong safety record with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL-B driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Experience with a 26′ box truck with a liftgate is preferred.
• Comfort with touch freight using a pallet jack is required.
• Ability to safely deliver HVAC equipment.
• Strong safety record, dependable attendance, and customer service skills.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and MVR review.

Responsibilities

• Earn $30.00/HR, $1,200-$1,400/Week, paid weekly.
• Seasonal assignment (2-3 months) and OT after 40 hours.
• Guaranteed 8 hours of pay even if route completes early.
• Work Monday-Friday with 7:00 PM start, ~8-hour shifts.
• Operate a 26′ box truck with liftgate on local routes in Nashville, TN.
• Deliver HVAC equipment to customer locations.
• Perform touch freight using a liftgate and manual pallet jack.
• Complete inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain delivery paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Earn $30.00/HR | $1,200-$1,400/Week | Paid Weekly
• Seasonal Assignment (2-3 Months) | Home Daily | OT After 40 Hours
• Guaranteed 8 Hours of Pay even if your route is completed early.
• Work Monday-Friday with a 7:00 PM start, averaging 8-hour shifts.
• Operate a 26′ Box Truck with Liftgate on local delivery routes throughout the Nashville, TN area.
• Deliver HVAC equipment to customer locations.
• Perform touch freight using a liftgate and manual pallet jack to safely unload products.
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections, maintain DOT compliance, and provide safe, accurate, and on-time deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining delivery paperwork and following all company safety procedures.

Requirements
