Job summary

Farmer's Business Network, Inc. seeks a safety‑minded Class B driver to manage material movement and local delivery of chemical, fertilizer, and seed for a central distribution warehouse. Warehouse duties and potential supervision of future hires may be involved.

You will deliver to customers, maintain safety standards, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure proper loading, paperwork, and equipment operation. Weekend shifts may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• Current Class B CDL with clean MVR.
• Tank and HazMat endorsements.
• 5+ years experience delivering to customers (final mile).
• Knowledge of MSDS, BOL and related docs.
• Strong leadership and administrative skills.
• Time management and crisis decision making.
• Ability to coordinate with internal/external teams.
• Weekend shifts during peak season.
• DOT drug/alcohol and physical clearance.

Responsibilities

• This is a driving and delivery role with warehouse duties.
• Adhere to safety and legal procedures.
• Deliver to customers with professional communication and scheduling.
• Operate and maintain box truck, forklift and pallet jack.
• Ensure orders are correct, safely loaded and ready for delivery.
• Coordinate shipment paperwork, returns and documentation.
• Conduct regular safety and quality audits.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Report defects, accidents or violations.
