Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable Class B driving experience preferred.
• Clean MVR and satisfactory background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) rules

Responsibilities

• Operate Class B commercial motor vehicles safely and in compliance with all DOT regulations throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania
• Transport freight and cargo to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate logs including Hours of Service (HOS)
• Load and unload cargo as needed, ensuring proper securement of freight
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, or issues
• Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic and safety laws
