Job summary

Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. is seeking a Class B Driver to support branch operations. The driver will deliver Wismettac products to customers, load and unload merchandise, maintain vehicle safety, and handle related warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities include following DOT regulations, performing pre/post-trip inspections, handling cash on delivery if required, and ensuring accurate records and payments are collected and forwarded to the office.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 2 years of recent commercial driving experience.
• Experience using E-log books computer/tablet system.
• Experience using a forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Must have a Class B driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery trucks (>26,000 lbs) efficiently and safely.
• Deliver products to customers on established routes.
• Load/unload merchandise (up to 50 lbs).
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Represent the company with safe driving practices.
• Interstate driving may be required.
• Operate vehicles safely under varying conditions.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Submit paperwork required by DOT and company on time.
• Collect payments when required and forward to office.
