Job summary

CPC Logistics is hiring local flatbed drivers in Oceanside, CA. Must hold CA Class A or B CDL and have 1–2 years of recent 26ft flatbed experience. Positions involve Princeton Piggyback or 26ft box truck work, strap and tarp freight, and occasional loading assistance. Schedule is Monday–Friday with an early start and home daily.

OT after 8 hours and paid weekly are included; temp to hire. Driver must meet DOT requirements and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must hold CA Class A or CA Class B CDL.
• 1–2 years of recent (within last 3 years) 26ft flatbed delivery driving experience.
• Experience with Princeton Piggyback, donkey or Moffett equipment.
• Must be 21+ years old at time of application.
• Ability to strap and tarp freight.
• Ability to lift/pull/push/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to help load freight if necessary.
• Must meet all DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive 26ft flatbed (Princeton Piggy-back) or 26ft box truck for local deliveries.
• Strap and tarp freight as needed.
• Assist with loading freight on rare occasions.
• Maintain safe driving practices and DOT compliance.
• Home daily with Monday–Friday schedule, early start (5–6 AM).

We Require:

• Must have valid and current CA Class B CDL or CA Class A CDL
• Princeton Piggyback, donkey or Moffett experience required
• Must be 21+ years of age at the time of applying.
• Must have 1-2 years of RECENT (within last 3 years) verifiable 26ft Flatbed delivery driving experience
• Must know how to strap and tarp freight
• Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry product weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to help load freight if necessary
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements.

The CPC Logistics driver staffing operations center serving Oceanside, CA is hiring Class A or B local flatbed delivery drivers for a client based out of Oceanside, CA. Drivers will be driving both 26ft Flatbed (Princeton Piggy-back) or 26ft box truck. Most of the deliveries will be on the flatbed. Drivers are required to strap and tarp (if necessary). flatbed Drivers will be assisting with loading freight, if necessary, on rare occasions. The schedule is Monday thru Friday with an early start time of 5 or 6AM. This position only requires 12 Months of Tractor Trailer Experience!
