Job summary

The Andersons, a North American leader in agribusiness, is seeking a disciplined driver to oversee operations of company vehicles, ensure cargo safety, and handle loading/unloading. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain records per DOT and company policies, and help ensure deliveries meet quality and safety standards.

High school diploma and a Class B CDL required; 1–2 years relevant experience preferred; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience required.
• Prior truck driving experience preferred.
• Must hold and maintain a current Class B CDL.
• Must be able to maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record per DOT standards.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to all state and federal DOT regulations
• Complete and maintain records as required by the Company and government regulations
• Load and unload or assist with the loading and unloading of materials and products
• Remain abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment
