The ideal candidate is autonomous, builds good relationships with project managers and homeowners, prioritizes safety, and handles logistics with a strong work ethic. CDL B or higher and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Actual roll-off truck experience reflected in resume (1 year preferred).
• Commercial driving experience with a valid license (1 year required).
• Valid/Current Class B CDL or higher.

Responsibilities

• Deliver containers to customer job-sites safely.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners.
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain relationships with project managers.
• Perform Safety Pre-Trip and Post-Trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Perform minor maintenance.
• Empty containers at disposal sites.
• Clean/Service portable toilets using vac tank system.
• Secure tarps during transports.
• Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver Roll-Off Containers to customer job-sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites. Timely communication and accurate reporting verbally as well as through our mobile e-commerce app are essential.

The best fit for this role is an individual who is responsible yet enjoys autonomy in working. This individual also enjoys creating working relationships with project managers, respects homeowners and their property, puts safety first, manages their time appropriately, understands the importance of logistics, and doesn’t mind getting a little dirty.

Compensation: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
