Job summary

CXI Trucking, based in Melrose Park, IL, is seeking Class B CDL delivery drivers for night shifts Monday through Thursday, 9 PM to 7 AM. This is a dedicated driver role on a dedicated account, delivering LTL freight across the Chicagoland area with a focus on safety and on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include operating a Class B vehicle on night routes, performing liftgate deliveries (lift 75 lbs), securing loads, documenting deliveries, and clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL with a safe driving record and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing.
• Liftgate experience required.
• Pallet jack experience required.
• Night driving requires alertness and focus.

The Night Run

CXI Trucking is hiring Class B CDL Delivery Drivers for nights— Monday thru Thursday. 9PM to 7am. This position is for a Dedicated Driver on a Dedicated Account.

This position is built for drivers who like quiet roads, steady freight, and a fast, focused shift. You’ll keep our LTL freight moving across the Chicagoland area with safe, on-time store deliveries.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a Class B vehicle on scheduled night routes
• Completing liftgate deliveries, MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 75 LBS., and unload with a pallet jack
• Verifying freight counts, securing loads, and documenting deliveries
• Communicating clearly with dispatch and customers to keep freight flowing

Required qualifications/skills:

• Valid Class B CDL with a safe driving record, Clean Clearing House, and pass the pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Testing.
• Proven liftgate experience
• Pallet jack experience
• Confidence and alertness for night driving

Midnight Momentum

Your week is simple and predictable: Monday thru Thursday. Hours: 9PM–7AM out of Melrose Park. Dedicated Drivers on a Dedicated Account.

You roll out into cooler air and lighter traffic, hit a set of store stops, and keep your pace smooth and controlled. Between stops, you stay locked in—routes, timing, and clean paperwork—then wrap up the shift back at the yard with time left in your day to sleep, reset, and do it again the next night.
