Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Operator to read blueprints, operate tools and presses, take precise measurements, and assemble components in Parsons, KS. You will ensure product quality, maintain equipment, and document production metrics.

This role requires basic manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication to follow procedures and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Ability to use basic tools and machines such as clamps and presses.
• Understanding of quality control principles.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
