Job summary

Johnson Controls International plc. is seeking operators to read instructions, collect materials, and set up tools for assembly. The role requires precision in taking measurements, selecting components, and aligning parts to build complex units with quality checks throughout.

Qualifications

  • High School education or GED preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
  • Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.
  • Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses).
  • Good understanding of quality control principles.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
