BCG Attorney Search seeks a Class Action Counsel, Discovery to work remotely from San Francisco, CA. This role focuses on discovery within class actions, collective actions, and PAGA matters, enabling attorneys to develop expertise in complex litigation without full-case management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of legal experience in wage-and-hour and class, collective, and/or representative actions.
• Experience with California Wage & Hour class action and/or PAGA litigation preferred.
• Experience drafting and responding to discovery in large-scale litigation.
