Job summary

Lewis Brisbois in Lexington, KY seeks an attorney to join its Commercial Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate has 2–15 years of experience in commercial litigation and large class actions, with defense experience for institutional SFR/BTR clients and exposure to fair housing, state AG investigations, employment, and nationwide compliance.

Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills are essential, with KY Bar admission required (Alabama a plus).

Qualifications

2–15 years of commercial litigation experience, including large class actions.
Experience representing institutional SFR/BTR companies in defense litigation, including fair housing, state AG investigations, employment, and national operational compliance.
Experience handling all phases of litigation: drafting/reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy.
Admission to the Kentucky Bar is required; admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus.

Responsibilities
