Qualifications
  • Class Action defense in consumer class actions including false advertising, product defect, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws (required);
  • CA Unfair Competition Law (required);
  • Briefing class certification and/or summary judgment (required);
  • Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery;
  • Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews;
  • Managing e-discovery.
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
  • You are an active member of the California Bar or New York Bar.
