Job summary

TCI Transportation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Class A Yard Driver to coordinate trailer movements within our yard. You will drive a yard truck, move trailers to docks and slots, open and close doors, and secure tires, using the YMS on a tablet to complete scheduled moves.

Schedule: Friday-Sunday, with shifts up to 14 hours. Weekly pay with direct deposit, paid holidays, 401(k) matching, life/AD&D insurance, and safety incentives up to $1,200 yearly; a family-owned, safety-focused team since 1978.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months of Class A experience within the last 2 years.
• Satisfactory employment verifications for the past 3 years.
• Satisfactory driving record per Safety Insurance Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently move trailers and containers within the yard.
• Drive a yard truck moving trailers around the yard to and from the dock and slots.
• Open and close doors; wire doors open and chocking tires.
• Use YMS on provided tablet to receive and complete scheduled moves.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class A Yard Driver to coordinate the movement of trailers and equipment within our Tucson yard!

$23.75/hour plus overtime after 40 hours

• Schedule: Friday-Sunday
• Safely and efficiently move trailers and containers within the yard.
• Can work up to 14 hours in a shift. Aprox. $950.00/ week
• Driving a yard truck moving trailers around the yard to and from the dock and slots. Opening and closing doors. Wiring doors open and chocking tires. Using YMS on provided tablet to receive and complete scheduled moves.

TCI Requirements:

• Minimum 12months of Class Aexperience within the last 2years
