Job summary

Qualifications

Pay & Benefits

• $24/hour to start + time‑on‑job raises in first year (up to +$1.50/hour)

Work Schedule & Location

• 12‑hour shifts, day and night shifts available
• Rotating schedule: 5 days on/2 days off then 5 days on/3 days off (or 3 weeks on/1 week off)
• Work location based out of Springtown, TX; schedule location dependent on business need
• Must be able to travel to work locations

Job Description

The Flex Driver will be responsible for hauling various products (DEF, oil, diesel) to and from designated customer locations in the north Texas region, utilizing a variety of Class A equipment (flatbed, step‑deck, tanker). The driver will advise customers on these products by applying knowledge of industrial lubricants, diesel fuel, and applications, while verifying and processing shipment documents.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A driver’s license with tanker and hazmat endorsements, clean driving record (required)
• At least 2 years of Class A driving experience (required)
• Experience hauling hazardous materials in a tanker‑trailer (preferred)
• Strong safety background
• Knowledge of basic hand tools
• Basic Microsoft Excel experience
• Ability to adapt in dynamic situations
• Ability to work effectively alone and within a team setting
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical or “Fit for Duty” physical exam
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
• Must satisfactorily pass a drug test and background check
• Must be willing to sign a non‑disclosure agreement
• Must be able to withstand the physical stress of working long hours in inclement weather while wearing PPE and performing job functions
