Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking experienced Class A truck drivers for weekly home time and consistent routes. You will operate in AZ, UT and portions of southern CA, typically 5 days out with 2 days home to be with your family. A clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT drug screen are essential.

Pay is $1,400–$1,600 per week with routes designed for stability. Candidates must have at least 3 months OT/Regional experience and be able to meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months OTR or regional experience.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• Moving Violation: No more 3 in the last 3 years. No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years. No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.
• Terminations: Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs will not qualify.
• Felonies and Misdemeanors: Class A Felony outside 10 years from arrest/conviction and reviewed; Class B/C outside 7 years from conviction date.
• DUI/DWI: No Commercial vehicle DUIs ever; no more than 2 DUIs lifetime; none in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
