Truck with Jed Logistics in the Chicago area is hiring CDL-A truck drivers to run dry van loads. Positions involve touch freight with a pallet jack and typically 3–4 stops per load, averaging 1,900–2,000 miles per week with home most nights and occasional layovers.

Starting pay is stated as 0.75 cpm with weekly home time; sign-on bonus available and orientation pays. Full benefits after introductory period and accessorial pay for unloads and stops are included.

Competenze

• 6–12 months of trucking/TT experience in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No more than 10 jobs in the past 3 years.
• Urine drug screen required.

CDL- A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities:

• Dry Van


• Touch freight using pallet jack; 3-4 stops per load


• Pay starts at $.75cpm


• Up to $100k annually


• Average 1900-2000 miles weekly


• Home most night, with a layover or two weekly

CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Requirements:

• 6-12 months of T/T experience in the past 3 years


• No more than 3moving violations in the past 3 years


• No more than 10 jobs in the past 3 years


• Urine drug screen required
