Job summary

Overhaul Carriers is seeking experienced flatbed drivers for an over-the-road account with consistent miles and competitive pay. Trainees and experienced drivers welcome, with home time typically two weeks out and two days home with family.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers is available. Accounts offer weekly pay ranging from $1,400 to $1,600 for experienced flatbed drivers, with safety checks and DOT compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine Test).
• Moving violations: no more than 3 in last 3 years.
• Accidents: no more than one at fault, and recent rollover risk.
• Felonies and misdemeanors: will review.
• DUI/DWI: none in specified windows.

• Tarpping and strapping down loads.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation; communicate with dispatch and driver managers.

Trainees

Must have 1 year of Over-the-Road or Regional experience.

Experience Drivers

Minimum 6 months Flatbed experience and 1 year of Over the Road or Regional experience.

Account

$1400 to $1600 per week and $5000 sign on bonus for experience flatbed drivers only.

Home Time

2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family.

Duties

• Tarpping and strapping down certain loads


• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.


• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements

• minimum age of 22.


• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.


• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Urine Test.

Moving Violation

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.

Accident

• No more than one at fault accident.


• Recent at fault rollover in the past year.


• No failed DOT alcohol/drug tests lifetime.

Terminations

• No recent termination.

• Will review.

• Experienced: None in the past 5 years


• Trainee: None in the past 3 years.
