Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for regional work across the Central Great Lakes. Trainees start with a 4–6 week program before moving to the regular regional route, hauling 53' dry van trailers with predominantly drop-and-hook freight.

New drivers or those with under six months of experience receive a trainee wage, transitioning to full pay as routes become established. Home weekly, sometimes biweekly, with strong safety bonuses and full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• Graduate of accredited truck driving school (≥120 hours) or equivalent driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years.
• Stable work history with no major employment gaps.
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional lanes in the Central Great Lakes area.
• Haul 53' dry van trailers with no-touch freight predominatingly.
• Home weekly, sometimes biweekly; average ~2,500 miles per week.
• Participate in 4–6 week trainee period before regular route transition.
• Maintain safety and fuel efficiency and follow company policies.
