Solo and team positions are available, including a Lease Purchase track to run a mini business and substantial weekly earnings potential through miles, bonuses, and incentives.

Responsibilities

• New drivers start in the OTR division and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes.
• Team drivers start earning at $0.55 CPM and get a 5 cent pay raise after 3 months, with the potential for 5,000 miles per week.
• Lease Purchase offers a path to run your own mini business, with up to $3,500/week and fuel incentives.
• Mentor program provides incentives up to $25,000/year and opportunities for extra $200/week plus $1,000 in bonus for each trainee.
