American Driver is expanding its Dallas-based Dry Van fleet and seeks Class A CDL drivers with at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience. Earn $1,300–$1,500 per week gross, with top performers at $1,800+; pay includes CPM of $0.54–$0.60 and a sign-on bonus of $2,000.

ROUTING & EQUIPMENT

• The Run: Consistent 2,300 - 3,000 miles per week (Average LOH is 400 miles).
• The Freight: 100% No-Touch Dry Van (50-60% Drop & Hook / 40-50% Live Unload).
• The Trucks: Premium, late-model 2022+ Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworths.
• Home Time: Reliable home time every other week for 2 full days.

MINIMUM HIRING REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Valid Class A CDL, age 21+, with at least 3 months of verifiable Tractor-Trailer (40ft+) experience.
• MVR & Safety: No more than 1 preventable accident or 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Zero major CMV preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• Background: No DUI/DWI or drug-related convictions in the last 5 years. Clean drug/alcohol test history for the past 10 years.
