Job summary

American Transport Team is seeking CDL-A drivers for regional routes across multiple states. You will operate manual transmission tractors on a W-2 solo basis, with the comfort of weekly home time and paid orientation.

Starting pay is competitive, with a guaranteed minimum and additional bonuses for load handling and safety. Benefits begin after 60 days, and you will be paired with a dedicated driver manager to support your growth and stability.

Qualifications

• 12 months of OTR CDL-A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must pass a road test in a manual truck.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Clean background & driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate dry van, refrigerated, port & rail, or flatbed equipment in a regional multi-state area.
• Drive as a solo company driver on a W-2 arrangement.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and maintain logs and documents.
• Attend paid orientation and participate in ongoing driver development.
