Trillium Staffing in Spokane, WA is hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for regional routes. The role offers consistent hours, overtime, and primarily home-daily routes with potential 1–2 overnight stays depending on the route.

Pay starts at $29/hour plus a $6.07/hour Health and Wellness benefit up to 40 hours; average weekly hours are around 60. Duties include loading/unloading, with day cab and sleeper equipment as needed.

Job description

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for regional routes based out of Spokane, WA. This position offers consistent hours, overtime, and primarily home-daily routes.

Position Details

• Pay $29/hour + $6.07/hr Health and Wellness up to 40 hr.s overtime after 40 hours on base hourly rate.
• Schedule: 24/7 operation – schedules will vary
• Average Hours: Approximately 60 hours per week
• Routes: Regional runs
• Stops: Approximately 3–4 per shift
• Home Time: Primarily home daily with the potential for 1–2 overnight stays depending on route
• Equipment: Combination of day cabs and sleepers
• Driver will assist with loading and unloading
• Freight consists of rolling laundry bins/carts

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1+ year recent & verifiable Class A driving experience
• Clean MVR.
• Comfortable assisting with loading and unloading
• Dependable and safety-focused
• Able to work a flexible schedule based on route needs
• Ability pass pre-employment screenings.
