Job summary

Trillium Drivers in Port Huron, MI is seeking a CDL Class A Truck Driver for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The role features a 6:00am start, Monday–Friday schedule, and 8–10 hour days with $25.00 per hour pay and overtime after 40 hours.

Primary duties include residential route driving for waste management, safe operation of heavy trucks, and coordination with dispatch. Benefits become available after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• No Clearinghouse violations.

Position Overview:

• Primary role as a Class A Truck Driver.
• Residential route driver forwaste management and recycling efforts.
• Safely operate heavy trucks to collect and transport waste materials to designated disposal or recycling facilities.
• Effectively communicate with dispatch and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Upon hire, medical, dental, vision benefits are available to employee and family after 90 days.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class ALicense.
• At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
• No Clearinghouse violations.
