Job summary

Trillium Drivers in Plainfield, IN is seeking a CDL A driver for a no-touch freight role. The position offers home daily with occasional overnights and layovers, depending on volume. Pay includes per-mile, per-stop incentives, and paid orientation, with early start times on weekdays and no weekends.

Equipment is newer and the job includes a company phone, fuel card, and full support. Candidates should have 1+ year CDL A experience and a clean MVR.

• At least 1+ years of recent and verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• No touch Freight. Driver will be conducting live loads/unloads, shuttling of trailers, drop and hooks, etc.
• 1–5 stops per day | 280–450 miles/day | Average of 14-20 stops a week.
• No set routes – keep your days moving

Job description

Trillium Drivers is looking for a CDL A Driver in Plainfield, IN for a no touch driving position.

Pay

• -$0.57CPM
• -$15/per stop (avg. $150-300/week extra)
• -$30.00/layover - when applicable.
• -Paid orientation and training: $24.50/hr. (1 week of paid orientation)

Drivers are home daily for the most part but the client does ask for drivers to be okay with at least 1-2 layovers throughout the month if volume increases and/or it’s a lengthier route. Client does supply a hotel for layovers.

Schedule

• -Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
• -Early starts: 3 AM – 8 AM (consistent schedule)
• -Home daily + occasional overnight - possibility of 1-2 overnights per month if any at all(hotel + $25 per diem)
