Job summary

Trillium Drivers is seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers for full-time work in Enfield, CT. Schedule is Monday-Friday with start times 9:00 pm to 1:00 am; flexibility required. You will deliver car batteries, handle palletized freight, and unload with a liftgate or hand when needed.

Pre-loaded trailers and 2–6 store deliveries per run are typical; 7–10 hour days with possible hand unload. Rate is $29.10/hour and weekly pay with benefits after 2 months, plus 401k options.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A Driver’s license.
• Hazmat endorsement.
• At least 1+ years of verifiable CDL Class A driving experience.
• Clean MVR.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver car batteries; palletized freight with liftgates.
• Operate straight trucks and 28–53 ft trailers; 2–6 store deliveries per run.
• 7–10 hour days; occasional hand unload when no dock available.
• Pre-loaded trailers; unload and load pallets as required; routes usually daily.
• Pay is weekly; benefits after 2 months (medical, dental, vision) and 401k.

Job description

Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers for full-time work in Enfield, CT!

Schedule is Monday -Friday, start time varies between 9:00 pm and 1:00 am must be flexible. Trailers are pre-loaded, all trailers have liftgates, must have hazmat endorsement to qualify must have on day 1. Driver is delivering car batteries, the freight is palletized, electric pallet jack will be provided to unload the product. Occasionally there is hand unload when there is no dock 2-6 store deliveries per run, usually 1 run per day. Driver is expected to be able to operate straight trucks, 28” trailers, 53” trailers. 7-10 hour days depending on the route, also make pick-ups of used rotors/batteries. Drivers are offloading 3 pallets on average per stop and onloading 2 pallets that are pre-prepped by the stores.

Pay rate is $29.10/hour. Paid weekly with benefits at 2 months medical, dental, and vision, 401k direct deposit.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A Driver’s license.
