Job summary

Trillium Drivers in Edison, NJ seeks CDL Class A drivers for a year-round, temp-to-hire role. You will run an automatic truck, Monday–Friday, starting around 5am, 8–10 hours, delivering to NJ/NYC/LI.

The job involves 95% pallet drops with an electric pallet jack, ensuring safe operation and compliance with DOT rules. Samsara system is used for route tracking, and prior retail store delivery or DSD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license required.
• At least two years driving experience, last three years preferred.
• TWIC card required.
• Clean MVR and a valid DOT medical card.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic transmission truck on delivery routes.
• Deliver to NJ/NYC/LI with pallet drops using an electric pallet jack.
• Ensure safe operation and compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Follow the Samsara system for route tracking and maintain customer interactions.

Trillium Drivers is now seeking CDL Class A Truck Drivers for a year round, temp-to-hire opportunity in Edison, NJ!

Drivers will operate an automatic transmission. Schedule is Mon to Fri - 5am start for 8 to 10 hours a day. Must be available for deliveries in NJ/NYC/LI. Some touch - 95% are pallet drops with an electric pallet jack. You will be responsible for the safe operation of a CDL Class B 26’ straight truck delivering alcohol products to big chain stores such as Costco/Trader Joes/Wegmans. You must be comfortable operating the truck with the samsara system installed. Looking for previous retail store delivery, DSD, client interactions. Pay starts at $32.49 per hour with OT after 40 hours.
