Job summary

Trillium Drivers in Bradenton, FL, is seeking 5 CDL Class A drivers for a peak season assignment starting ASAP through February 2027. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with a 3:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. shift of about 13 hours; start times vary daily.

Pay is based on Performance (PFP) with a $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee; drivers earn the higher of their weekly PFP or $1,500, not both. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Ability to perform physically demanding unloading duties.
• Automatic transmission restrictions are acceptable.
• Trucks are not slip seated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retail freight, including clothing, small furniture, rugs, candles, and packaged nonperishable foods.
• Perform heavy freight handling, pallet unloading, and hand unloading.
• Use manual pallet jacks, liftgates, and scissor lifts, and complete dock deliveries.
• When provided access to the delivery app, take delivery photos and record arrival and departure times.

• Listed shift: 3:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., approximately 13 hours. Start times vary daily.
• Pay for Performance (PFP) with a $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee. Drivers receive the higher of their weekly PFP earnings or $1,500. The guarantee is not added to PFP earnings.

• Perform heavy freight handling, pallet unloading, and hand unloading. Most deliveries require drivers to unload freight to the tailgate.
• Use manual pallet jacks, liftgates, and scissor lifts, and complete dock deliveries.
• When provided access to the delivery app, take delivery photos and record arrival and departure times.
