Job summary

Robert B. Our Company invites applications for an experienced Tractor Trailer Driver to join our growing team. Reporting to the Fleet Manager, the Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transport of products to and from designated sites.

The position is full-time, benefits-eligible, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. The company emphasizes a strong safety culture, DOT compliance, and professional handling of cargo across southeastern Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A MA driver’s license and ability to meet Company driving standards.
• One year of experience operating 3-axle vehicles with air brakes.
• Experience securing cargo using tie-downs and tarps to prevent shifting.
• Familiarity with DOT logbook procedures and OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor trailer or 3-axle truck to designated sites and ensure safe transport.
• Confirm accuracy of load-related documentation and complete inventory inspection.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and report defects; maintain vehicle logs/records.
