Herc Rentals in Osseo, MN seeks a Tractor Trailer Driver to transport, deliver and retrieve construction and heavy equipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner. This role operates both commercial and non-commercial vehicles and supports branch operations.

The position requires a CDL Class A with tanker and Hazmat endorsements, a current medical card, and a minimum of 2 years driving experience. Pay is $30–$34 per hour with comprehensive benefits and company-paid programs.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, with tanker endorsement.
• Current medical card.
• Hazmat endorsement must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver and retrieve heavy equipment and supplies.
• Operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Provide professional customer service and support branch operations.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain delivery documents for inspection by management or authorities.
• Communicate with branch manager and central dispatch regarding schedules and delays.
• Report any damage or accidents promptly to supervisory staff.
