Job summary

G.E.X Transport in Savannah, GA is hiring a Class A Driver to run regional and OTR routes across FL, GA, SC, and AL. Home time is weekly with 5 days out, 2 days home.

Pay ranges from $1,400 to $1,800 per week plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. 100% touch freight, automatic transmissions, and standard benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Drivers must have at least 3 months of experience and meet moving violation and license standards.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in Regional or O.T.R. truck driving.
• CDL Class A license required.
• Clean driving record per moving violations caps.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer within the covered region (FL/GA/SC/AL).
• Maintain approximately 1,600 miles weekly with ~3 loads per week.
• Perform 100% touch freight and ensure safe, compliant deliveries.

Home Time Weekly: Out for 5 days and home for 2 days., (Days off: Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs).

Job Requirements: 3 months experience in Regional or O.T.R. truck driving.

Moving Violations:

• No more than 3 in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 in the last 12 months.

Automatic DQ's:

• No speeding in a school or construction zone in the last 6 months while holding a Class A CDL, Outside of 3 months if not holding a CDL.
• More than three moving violations in the past three years.
• More than two moving violation in the last 12 months.
• Any license suspensions in the last 12 months related to moving violations.

Felonies/Misdemeanor: All other charges will be reviewed.

• No felony for arson or theft in the last 10 years.
• No theft by check in the past 3 years.
• No drug charges in the past 10 years.
