Job summary

ProDrivers in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Class A Truck Driver to operate shuttle routes between Sacramento, Ukiah, and Reno. You will perform pre-trip inspections and ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

This role requires at least 1 year of verifiable experience, a valid CDL, and a clean driving record. Overtime after 8 hours and double time after 12 hours apply, with automatic transmission and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of recent, verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to operate an automatic-transmission vehicle.
• Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends and extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned shuttle routes.
• Travel Sacramento to Ukiah and Reno and back.
• Transport clothing and linens safely and efficiently.
• Complete scheduled out-and-back routes.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Secure loads and follow all DOT safety requirements.
• Move racks of clothing or linens as needed.
• Maintain route and delivery documentation.
• Provide professional and reliable service.

Job description

We are seeking Class A Truck Drivers to work out of our Sacramento, CA location. Drivers will operate multiple shuttle routes traveling between Sacramento, Ukiah, and Reno. Routes are out-and-back, with Truck Driver returning to Sacramento after completing their assigned route.

Location: Sacramento, CA

Routes: Ukiah, CA & Reno, NV

Pay: $28.40 per hour

Overtime: OT after 8 hours | Double Time after 12 hours

Transmission: Automatic

Endorsements: None Required

Responsibilities

• The truck driver will safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle on assigned shuttle routes.
• The truck driver will travel from Sacramento to designated locations in Ukiah and Reno.
• The truck driver will transport clothing and linens safely and efficiently.
• The truck driver will complete scheduled out-and-back routes.
• The truck driver will perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• The truck driver will properly secure loads and follow all DOT and company safety requirements.
• The truck driver may occasionally move racks of clothing or linens as needed.
• The truck driver will maintain accurate route and delivery documentation.
• The truck driver will provide professional and reliable service.
