Job summary

Quality Sales Food Service, affiliated with Charlie's Produce, seeks a reliable driver to deliver produce on an assigned route. You will support warehousing, fuel equipment, and pallet handling while adhering to safety and documentation requirements.

The role runs Monday through Friday with a day shift in Alaska. Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, loading/unloading pallets, and maintaining paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A Alaskan License.
• Provide at least a five (5) year Driving Record from an Alaskan DMV.
• Valid Medical Card and endorsements.
• Pass pre-employment drug test, background and reference check.
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 75lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives company truck to deliver produce to customers on an assigned route.
• Assist warehouse in storing incoming produce, returning produce to coolers, fuels trucks and trailer refrigeration unit.
• Occasionally pick produce orders, hook and unhook truck from trailer, inspect equipment, load, unload trailer, and breakdown pallets of produce.
• Route deliveries in a box truck or tractor trailer.
• At end of shift, returns paper work to dispatcher.
