Qualifications

Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours (new graduates welcome).
Fair driving record: no major accidents, major citations, or license suspensions in past 5 years.
No DUI in the last 5 years.
No involuntary termination from most recent safety-related employment.
10-year employment history with limited gaps; 6 months in last year or 1 year in last 3 years.
Able to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.
Certain criminal convictions may disqualify; all offenses reviewed by safety.

Responsibilities

Operate on the 14 Western regional lane as part of Beast Mode Truckin.
Deliver primarily no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook operations.
Complete pre-orientation training and teamwork with experienced trainer.

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate on the 14 Western regional lane. Entry-level drivers receive paid OTR training with an experienced trainer before operating solo. This role emphasizes safe, reliable delivery of primarily no-touch dry van freight with regular drop-and-hook operations.

Compensation & benefits

Weekly pay: $1,000–$1,200
After training: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale)
Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (based on years of experience)
Training pay: $850 per week for 4–6 weeks (drivers with <6 months' experience)
Monthly safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile
Full benefits after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job details

Region: All states west of the Mississippi (14 Western regional lane)
Freight: Primarily no-touch dry van; drop-and-hook with occasional live load/unload assignments
Average mileage: ~2,300 miles per week
Home time: Bi-weekly with at least a 34-hour reset
Orientation: One paid day at the nearest terminal
Schedule: Day or night driving as assigned
