Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Drivers for a regional position covering the 14 Western states. This opportunity is well-suited for recent CDL school graduates ready to launch their driving career, as well as experienced drivers seeking a strong regional route.

New graduates will begin with an experienced trainer before transitioning to solo regional lanes, with a focus on safety and efficiency across 14 western states.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school, or prior Class A driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major violations or DUIs in the past 5 years.
• Stable work history within the past 10 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes across 14 western states.
• Handle 100% no-touch freight with 53' dry van trailers.
• Be available for day or night shifts; home time bi-weekly with a 34-hour reset.
• One-day orientation at the nearest terminal; average ~2,300 miles per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,000 - $1,200 per week
• Post-training pay of $0.43 to $0.57 per mile, based on experience
• Experienced drivers earn $0.50 to $0.71 per mile
• Training pay of $850 per week for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Monthly safety bonus of up to $0.06 per mile
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Job Details

• Regional lanes covering all states west of the Mississippi
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers
• Mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload
• Bi-weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset
• One-day orientation at the nearest terminal
• Willingness to run day or night shifts
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,300 miles
