Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL Regional Truck Drivers for no-touch dry van freight across the Eastern Seaboard. New CDL graduates are welcome, and paid training is available for eligible drivers with less than six months of experience.

Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off are available after 30 days of employment. Trainee pay starts at $650 per week during 4–6 weeks of training, with base pay $1,200–$1,400 per week and $0.55–$0.65 per mile, plus $15 per stop and a $0.06-per-mile

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training
• At least six months of driving experience in the past year and at least one year in the past three years, or eligibility for training program
• Fairly clean driving record
• No DUI in past five years; no felonies/merits in past 10 years

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Regional routes along the Eastern Seaboard
• Approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Biweekly home time (12 days on the road, 2 days at home)
• Day and night driving may be required

Pay and Benefits

• $1,200–$1,400 per week
• $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on experience
• $15 per stop
• $0.06-per-mile safety bonus for qualifying drivers
• Trainee pay of $650 or more per week during 4–6 weeks of training

Position Details

• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Regional routes throughout the Eastern Seaboard
• Approximately 2,500 miles per week
• Biweekly home time, typically 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home
• Day and night driving may be required
• Drivers with less than six months of experience complete 4–6 weeks of training with an experienced driver
• One-day orientation at the nearest hub based on the driver’s location
• $300 orientation pay

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training
• At least six months of driving experience within the past year and at least one year within the past three years, or eligibility for the company’s training program
• Generally stable 10-year work history, excluding school or training periods
• Fairly clean driving record
• No DUI convictions within the past five years
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years, subject to applicable law
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
