Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking CDL A Regional Drivers in Seattle, WA, welcoming new graduates. You will join a mentorship‑driven team with 11 Western Regional lanes and 100% No Touch Reefer freight, designed to help you grow while maintaining balance at home.

Drivers typically run 1800–2200 miles per week, with bi-weekly home time and a 34‑hour reset. Expect day or night dispatch, a 4–6 week trainer period, and competitive pay with full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours.
• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents in the past 5 years.
• No DUI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
• Solid 10-year work history with limited gaps.
• Able to pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Run the 11 Western Regional lanes.
• Handle 100% No Touch Reefer freight.
• Complete trainer period (4–6 weeks) OT R; then solo if under 6 months experience.
• Bi-weekly home time with a 34-hour reset.
• Drive day or night depending on dispatch.
• Average 1800–2200 miles per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Running lanes are the 11 Western Regional
• 100% No Touch Reefer freight
• Driver will run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR then go on their own if less than 6 months experience
• Bi-weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset
• The driver must be willing to drive during the day or during the night
• Miles a week is 1800-2200

Requirements

• Must have attended and graduated from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours
• Must be 21 with a Valid Class A CDL
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from last job for any reason
• No DUI's, felonies, misdemeanors in the last 5 years
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training. 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years max
• Must be able to pass a Urine AND HAIR pre-employment drug screen

• $650 week training pay (4-6 weeks) if under 6 months exp
