Job summary

Dry Trucking is hiring experienced owner-operators with their own trucks. You keep 90% of the gross revenue, while our dispatch fee is 10%. If you don’t have a trailer, you can rent a brand-new 2026 53-foot dry van directly from us.

We offer many dedicated lanes, premium rates, access to brokers, weekly settlements by ACH, and bonuses such as a $1,000 longevity bonus and a $600 driver referral bonus. Requirements: own your truck; trailer ownership not required, rentals available; safety-focused

Weekly Settlement Schedule:

Submit BOLs for loads completed from Tuesday through Monday and receive payment by ACH the following Friday.

• Level 1 clean DOT inspection: $500
• Level 2 clean DOT inspection: $400
• Level 3 clean DOT inspection: $200

Additional Bonuses:

• $1,000 longevity bonus after six months
• $600 driver referral bonus
