Job summary

ADM Trucking is seeking a Class A CDL driver for over-the-road operations starting from Des Moines, IA. The role requires tanker endorsement, clean driving record, and the ability to plan trips with attention to breaks, fuel, weather, and traffic. Home weekly with Monday–Friday work schedule and paid time off.

Base pay is market-competitive with a sign-on bonus of $2,500 and a referral bonus of $1,000. Medical, dental, vision, and other benefits are included after hire, plus 401(k) with matching

Qualifications

• No weekends, home weekly.
• This is an over the road position requiring a Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
• The driver must be able to plan trips (breaks, fuel stops, customer appointments, weather, traffic & construction, city and rural driving conditions) and manage unforeseen circumstances.
• Equipment that is operated can include but is not limited to tank trailers, dry van, hoppers, pumps, facility equipment, hoses, and valves.
• Trailers are primarily smooth bore tank, hauling Food grade oil, Distillate, Lecithin, and other Non-food grade products.
• Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading product according to company and customer instructions.
• 3 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the previous 7 years.
• Graduated from a Certified Class A CDL Program
• Class A CDL with Tank endorsement
• Must be able to Pass a Lift Test of 75lbs

Responsibilities

• Follow all government, company & customer policies and regulations (FMCSA, OSHA, EPA, DOL & GMP).
• Load and unload cargo safely and efficiently per instructions.
• Plan routes, schedule, and manage periods for breaks, fuel, and appointments while navigating traffic and weather.
