Blue Trucking in Paducah, KY seeks experienced Class A CDL drivers for a USPS Dedicated OTR position with a fixed weekly rate. This full-time role offers consistent miles, preplanned USPS freight, and late-model equipment with minimal-touch loads.

You will run high-mileage lanes east of I-35, about 3,500 miles weekly, with weekly direct deposit pay and strong safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time ~ every 10–14 days).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport preplanned USPS loads across assigned lanes
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route plans
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
