Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for high-mileage OTR work hauling USPS loads. This role emphasizes preplanned freight, reliable, well-maintained equipment, and predictable home time roughly every 10–14 days to avoid West Coast/Northeast routes.

You will operate preplanned USPS loads across lanes east of I-35, with no West Coast destinations, and enjoy consistent weekly pay and modern equipment. Safety and on-time performance are priorities in this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Valid CDL Class A with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time every 10–14 days)

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport preplanned USPS loads across assigned lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route plans.
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
