Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy is seeking dependable CDL Class A or B Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractor-trailer/straight trucks and unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.

This is a high-volume route with manual unloading, Pallet jacks, and hand trucks. Meadow Gold Dairy, part of Dairy Farmers of America, offers growth opportunities and a strong team culture with routes designed for reliability.

Qualifications

• Must have safe driving practices and be able to operate delivery vehicles.
• Minimum 6 months driving and delivery experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive route delivery vehicles and unload/deliver dairy products.
• Maintain on-time delivery with customer locations on assigned routes.
• Rotate products and ensure accurate loading.

Meadow Gold Dairy has immediate job openings for dependable CDL Class A or B Delivery Truck Drivers ($ 32.04 per hour to start) to operate a tractor-trailer/straight truck safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various Dairy products, to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.

This is a high-volume route, responsible for offloading and transferring products from your trailer directly into our customer designated areas with use of pallet jacks and hand trucks. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Company policies, standards, and specifications
• Safety policies, procedures and requirements for equipment operation
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Accurately rotate product
• Safely drive route delivery vehicles
• Understand and carry out instructions
• Assess and resolve problems with loading, replacing leakers, etc.
• Work well with peers and supervisors
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Minimum 6 months driving and delivery experience preferred.
• Must routinely lift up to 70 pounds
• Hours of work must conform to the individual route and end when all customers have been properly served
