Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking dependable CDL Class A or B Delivery Truck Drivers to operate tractors and straight trucks and unload dairy products at customer locations on a scheduled route. You will work a high-volume route, building relationships with customers and meeting daily delivery needs with pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Starting pay is $32.04 per hour with a benefits package and opportunities for growth within DFA’s farmer-owned network.

Qualifications

• Valid Montana CDL Driver’s License (Class A or B).
• Minimum 6 months driving and delivery experience preferred.
• Must routinely lift up to 70 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Safely drive route delivery vehicles and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor-trailer/straight truck safely and unload/deliver dairy products to customer locations.
• Follow assigned route schedule on high-volume routes.
• Build relationships with customers with a positive, friendly attitude.
• Rotate products and handle loading issues as needed.

Meadow Gold Dairy has immediate job openings for dependable CDL Class A or B Delivery Truck Drivers ($32.04 per hour to start) to operate a tractor-trailer/straight truck safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various Dairy products, to customer locations on an assigned route schedule.

This is a high-volume route, responsible for offloading and transferring products from your trailer directly into our customer designated areas with use of pallet jacks and hand trucks. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

• Understand and carry out instructions
• Assess and resolve problems with loading, replacing leakers, etc.

• Maintain excellent attendance
• Valid Montana CDL Driver’s License (Class A or B)
• Minimum 6 months driving and delivery experience preferred.

• Hours of work must conform to the individual route and end when all customers have been properly served
