10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking an experienced intermodal driver for a Local home daily position. You can operate in local, dedicated, or OTR lanes, with daily home time on Local runs and strong pay potential.

• Earn more each week with up to an additional $.10 CPM in performance pay

Team

Joining another driver as a Team is one of the best ways to accelerate your pay potential. When you team up, the miles and paychecks increase right away.

• Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM and receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months
• More miles - with priority loads teams can average 5,000 miles per week

Lease Purchase

The Lease Purchase program is a great way to have the opportunity to run your own mini business.

• Earn as much as $3,500/week with more miles and fuel incentives
