Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Class A Truck Driver at our Galt, CA facility. You will deliver liquid nitrogen, oxygen and argon to customers within a 200-mile radius, upholding safety as the top priority and operating with new equipment and a strong safety record.

Qualifications

• CDL required (Class A)
• Endorsements for Tanker and HazMat preferred or willing to obtain
• Clean driving record as per company policy

Responsibilities

• Deliver liquid nitrogen, oxygen and argon within a 200-mile radius of the terminal.
• Operate safely with emphasis on 1 million miles of safe driving recognition.
• Maintain compliance with company safety policies and PPE requirements

This is a 24/7 operation with bid schedules that cover afternoons, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 3 years of recent experience driving class A vehicles
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Tanker and HazMat endorsements (or willing to obtain).
• 0 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years.
• No more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years.
• Proven solid, safety record and stable work history.
• This is a safety sensitive position

$73k base plus overtime and bonus
