Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Class A Local Delivery Driver with a safety-first mindset and strong customer service. You will operate company trucks to transfer freight to customer locations and terminals, unload, palletize, and complete required DOT paperwork.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 10:30 am, a $28/hour pay rate, and benefits. Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21, have 1 year driving experience, and obtain

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No DUI or DWI in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Delivers and/or picks up freight to/from customer locations and/or a terminal as instructed by dispatch or supervisor.
• Ensures all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and accompanies shipment to delivery point.
• Loads and/or unloads freight onto and off a company vehicle, with or without mechanical assistance.

The CDL A position is a Route Delivery Driver position in which you will operate a Company motor vehicle to transfer freight safely and efficiently to and from specified locations by a specified time. This position unloads, sorts, palletizes, and reloads a wide variety of freight, manually or with the aid of a mechanical device.
