Job summary

Koch Trucking in Phoenix, AZ is looking for Class A flatbed drivers for our Flatbed Division. You’ll earn a competitive starting CPM, with top performers making strong annual earnings and a lucrative hiring bonus. Home time varies from 7 to 21 days depending on location and routes.

New drivers receive orientation pay, and multiple pay components cover stop, securement, tarp, and over‑dimensional loads. Our fleet features 3‑year‑old or newer trucks, including Volvo 860s and Freightliner Cascadias.

Qualifications

• CDL-A with flatbed endorsement or experience.
• Flatbed division experience preferred.
• Reliable, safety‑mocused professional driver.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A flatbed trucks in Phoenix and across routes.
• Load securement, tarping and load checks per policy.
• Maintain safe driving practices and on‑time deliveries.

Average annual earnings: $88K

Starting pay: $0.64CPM

Top performer earnings: $98K

Home time: Out 7-21 days based on location

Orientation Pay: $1,000 (first dispatch)

Hiring bonus: $5,000 (paid monthly)

Stop pay: $30/stop

Securement pay; $25/stop

Tarp pay: $50/stop

Over dimensional pay:

$75-$200 based on miles

$400 for any load over 64K

$100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada

All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months
